My Attendance GIRITON

The My Attendance GIRITON application streamlines the process of recording and evaluating employee attendance. It facilitates real-time tracking of business trips, sharing of shift plans, submission and approval of attendance requests, and monitoring work performance on individual projects.

Users have the flexibility to utilize a tablet or a web application as an attendance clock within company premises, while smartphones are available for field attendance recording.

Upon logging their attendance through the My Attendance GIRITON app, employees' data is immediately transmitted to the Attendance GIRITON cloud application. Notably, if a device goes offline, the data is securely stored locally and synced automatically once an internet connection is reestablished.

The application allows users to enhance their attendance records by attaching photos, comments, or their current GPS location. For business trips, GPS tracking can be continuously activated to provide location updates.

Additionally, employees can use the My Attendance GIRITON app to view their own attendance records as well as those of other employees, provided they have received the necessary permissions.

Attendance requests—such as vacation and medical leave—can be submitted directly through the app, which subsequently allows designated personnel to approve or reject these requests within the cloud application.
